To initialize the MetaModel in a ProfiWiki from scratch we can either copy the relevant pages from an existing wiki that has already been bootstrapped or start with the Template:SiDIF file of the MetaModel and a few necessary pages.

http://smw-meta.bitplan.com has been bootstrapped this way.
