- git

- some unix command line tools like curl, grep, wc
Tested on Linux (Ubuntu bionic/Travis) and MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (using macports)

Usage
The Proceedings Title Parser currently has three modes:
- Proceedings Title Parsing
- Named Entity Recognition
- Extract/Scrape
