Installation
pip install nicepdf
# alternatively if your pip is not a python3 pip
pip3 install nicepdf
# local install from source directory of nicepdf
pip install .
upgrade

Motivation
The initial motivation was to convert a scanned Booklet PDF to a straight PDF.
